- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details and a statement of your good-faith belief that the material was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access for users or accounts that are repeatedly accused of infringement.
