How we review

Every device on this site is used as a real daily driver before it earns a recommendation. Phones travel on the 8:40 local, laptops survive deadlines, earbuds sit through hour-long calls, and wearables are worn — properly, all day — not just strapped on for a photo. Where content is AI-assisted, it is always reviewed, fact-checked and edited by a human on our editorial team before publication.

Our review process

  • Hands-on testing: Every product is tested in real-world conditions for a minimum of two weeks.
  • Objective criteria: We score products on performance, display quality, battery life, build quality, camera output and value for money.
  • No paid rankings: A product's position in our lists is never influenced by advertising relationships or affiliate commissions.
  • Transparent affiliate links: Every affiliate link on our site is clearly marked. We earn a commission only if you make a purchase — you pay the same price either way.
