Official Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
COSMONIQ PRIVATE LIMITED applies even-handed settlement rules. Our business runs on two planes — licensed cloud software and physical construction supplies — so separate refund provisions govern each, as set out below.
1. Cosmoniq Digital (Software, SaaS Subscriptions & Cloud Deployments)
14-day money-back guarantee (SaaS subscriptions)
First-time enterprise subscribers to CloudERP, CA Firm Cloud OS, VidyaCampus or Pharmacy POS may reclaim the full licence fee within 14 calendar days of activation when the product does not deliver the functions we documented for it.
Pro-rata annual subscription cancellations
If you end an annual plan after the 14-day trial, every untouched calendar quarter is refunded in proportion — adjusted for setup work and dedicated cloud capacity already arranged on your behalf.
Bespoke Code & AI Blueprint Architecture
Once your authorised representative signs off a milestone under a Statement of Work, the amount invoiced for that milestone is fixed — later cancellation does not reverse it.
Refund Payout Timelines
Sanctioned software refunds are posted back to the originating account or corporate credit line within 5–7 banking days via our corporate banker: CANARA BANK, Dispur Branch.
2. Cosmoniq Infra (Civil Contracts, Heavy Machinery & Material Supplies)
Defective Material Rejection & Free Replacement
Bulk dispatches of Fe550D TMT bars, Grade 43/53 OPC/PPC cement or geotextiles that fail a NABL/BIS-accredited lab test are swapped out or refunded free of charge within 48 hours of receiving the verified test report.
Machinery Fleet Mobilization & Idle Refunds
Should hired plant — JCBs, pavers, vibratory rollers — break down unexpectedly for more than 24 straight hours on site, hire charges stop running and the idle period is credited back or refunded.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Returns
EMD deposits and tender-security bank guarantees filed for institutional or government bids follow CPWD/PWD rules and come back in full once evaluation closes.
Dispute Escalation Channel
To lodge a formal refund request, email billing@cosmoniq.com quoting the invoice reference, delivery receipt and bank verification details.
